Chester has long been known for its pro-growth and pro-business reputation. Even in the recent national economic recession, Chester continues to welcome new businesses as well as supporting expansions from of our existing companies. Large and small, Chester would love to welcome all businesses looking to be a part of our community.

Orange County Chamber of Commerce | Link
The Orange County Chamber is one of the largest chambers of commerce in New York State and is the leading advocate for business in the Hudson Valley region. Membership services, networking opportunities, seminars and special events, government advocacy, free meeting space and more make the Orange County Chamber one of the best business buys in the Hudson Valley. Free business counseling, loan programs and affordable health insurance are also available through the Orange County Chamber of Commerce. The vast majority of Chamber members (approximately 75%) are businesses with fewer than five employees. The recently redesigned Chamber website (www.orangeny.com) receives an average of 20,000 visitors per month. A new monthly publication, Orange County Chamber Business Watch, is directly mailed to 60,000+, including more than 14,000 businesses in Orange County.
