NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW 6 OF 2024
Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 6 Of 2024, A Local Law To Designate Town Intersections As Stop Intersections on July 24, 2024. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.
It is the intent of this local law to install three way stop signs at various intersections in Surrey Meadows for the health, safety and welfare of Town Residents.
A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
