NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW 4 OF 2024

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 4 Establishing a Local Government Code Enforcement Program. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.

A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
