Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 7 of 2023, A Local Law to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law Section 3-C on November 14, 2023. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.

A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
