NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW 11 of 2025
Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 11 of 2025, A Local Law to Designate Town Intersections As Stop Intersections, As Amended 7/23/25 to the Town Code of the Town of Chester on August 13, 2025. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.
A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
