Chester Needs You Be a part of the Town of Chester’s Community Preservation Fund Advisory Board
The Town Board is seeking Chester residents that are interested in serving the Town and want to make a difference. This advisory board will review and make recommendations on proposed acquisitions of interests in real property.
Special consideration given to candidates that demonstrate experience with conservation or land preservation activities, and/or are active farmers. Members shall serve without compensation.
You will help protect the Town by ensuring the future preservation of open and undeveloped lands . Please forward letter of interest to Town Clerk Linda Zappala via email at lzappala@chester-ny.gov.
