Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 2 of 2025, “A Local Law amending Chapter 66 of the Town of Chester Town Code, Entitled “Noise Pollution Control,” to the Town Code of the Town of Chester on January 22, 2025. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State. A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
