NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW 2 of 2026
Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 2 of 2026, A Local Law to Amend Chapter 81, “Street Excavations; Driveways” To Provide For The Regulation And Maintenance Of Sidewalks to the Town Code of the Town of Chester on January 14, 2026. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.
A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
