NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW 4 OF 2025

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 4 of 2025, A Local Law To Further Update And Amend Chapter 87, Article Vi, Of The Town Code Of The Town Of Chester To Authorize Property Tax Exemption To Volunteer Firefighters And Volunteer Ambulance Workers Who Have Accumulated At Least Two Years Of Service to the Town Code of the Town of Chester on March 26, 2025. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.

A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
