Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 4 of 2026, A Local Law to Add A New Chapter Entitled “Entity Disclosure” To The Town Code of the Town of Chester on March 25, 2026. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.
A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
