NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW 3 of 2026
Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 3 of 2026, A Local Law to Extend The Temporary Land Use Moratorium Prohibiting Large Scale Battery Energy Storage System Installations Within The Town Of Chester Established By Local Law 8 Of 2024 By Six Months, to the Town Code of the Town of Chester on February 25, 2026. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.
A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
