NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW 13 of 2025

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 13 of 2025,A Local Law to Rescind Local Law 12, a Local Law to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law § 3-C to the Town Code of the Town of Chester on December 10, 2025. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State.

A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
