NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW 3 OF 2025
Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Chester adopted Local Law 3 of 2025, “A Local Law Requiring Utility Companies to Remove Inactive, Broken or Replaced Utility Poles Within the Town”, to the Town Code of the Town of Chester on February 26, 2025. It is in the process of being filed with the Secretary of State. A copy of the local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, New York.
